3Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the Platform to function — for example, keeping you logged in and remembering items in an active task submission. The Platform cannot function properly without these, and they cannot be switched off.

These help us understand how writers interact with the Platform (which pages are visited, how long tasks take to complete, where users drop off) so we can improve the experience. Data collected is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Functionality cookies
These remember choices you make — such as your preferred subject filters or notification settings — to give you a more personalised experience on return visits.

Marketing cookies
Where used, these help us measure the performance of campaigns that direct new writers to ScholarTasks. We do not use marketing cookies to build advertising profiles for use outside the Platform.
